Our JV partners at Stourheath Developments have a wealth of experience as main contractors and consultants and a proven track record in delivering large projects on time and on budget. We are currently working with funders and looking to forge new partnerships with developers/investors.

We own and manage HMO properties with over 25 years experience in the sector we have built a large and trusted group of contacts. Our aim from the very start was to provide a home not just a space to live.

Latest Developments
Our latest project, completed at the beginning of 2020. The design and finish was admired by the local community for fitting into the riverside setting with contemporary touches. We really enjoyed doing this project.

We are looking to expand our commercial portfolio in the next few years. This project was designed to provide an enjoyable workspace in a local town. Currently this office is undergoing an update.
